 Going through technologies, filing system going more advances along time. This is important for the records and to maintain the file or document on something. On Military as an example, accuracy on records is important. Records such as how many strength of army, how many bullets do we have, how good the weapons condition is important because those information is need during war and those information need to be protected from enemy so the weaknesses can be covered. Same goes to military vehicles. Those thing are confidential and the records of the thing need to be accurate, so we student try to make new system for files the record of military vehicles which is more safe and arranged-well.

The objective of build-up the Registration of Military Vehicle System is: -  To make a system for file-up the record of military vehicle in more safe-condition system which consist of security measures and permanents records.  To make the file of military vehicle records more well- arranged and easy to search for all the record that have been installed.  To make a file which is protected perfectly and cannot be damage or loss.  To give the user more accurate information of military vehicle such as vehicle number and country origins.

 Military Vehicle Registration System is quite new and modern system. Along time ago, this record just been file-up on the piece of paper and the file are not so protected and hard-to-search thing. These pieces of paper also quite fragile were it can be damaged and lost easily. Race against time, the computer have make the file system going more and more advance. Such as Microsoft word or excel were suitable for records and document. But those software are not equipped by security system and the file can be open by anyone which make this system have its weakness. So, by using the new Military Vehicle Registration System all these problem above can be avoided.

 On this Military Vehicle Registration System will give the benefit for the user such as the record of the entire vehicle is practically safe. Due to security measure page that have been put on the system, the user need to give up their identification number and its record the number for further investigation. More of it, this system are built on coding and not like as Microsoft word were the system can be save, can be cut and edit easily. This system more like one-way system which cannot be edit easily and cannot be save on hardware. This system also keep the important records for the vehicle and easy to search back the records that have been key in previously due to the well manage and accurate search page that been built. Users just need to enter the keyword of the vehicle either its number or the name itself was the system will detect and show the vehicle records.

 Step 1: Display main page “Registrations of Military Vehicle system.”  Step 2: Security check. Display “Please enter your military identification no.”  Step 3: User enter their own military identification no.  Step 4: Display main menu “Please choose following options:- 1) view existing vehicle data, 2) enter new vehicle data”   If user choose option 1-View existing vehicle data.  Step 5: Display screen “Please enter your vehicle model:-“  Step 6 User enter vehicle model.  Step7: Display screen “Please enter your vehicle no.:-“  Step8: User enter vehicle no.  Step9: Display “Congratulation, your account have been log in / registered”  Step10: Display “Please choose the following option to proceed”  Step11: Display “1) List of vehicle, 2) Exits “   If user chooses option 1 – List of vehicle  Step12: Display the table of all existing vehicle in the record.   If user chooses option 2 – Exits  Step13: Display “thank you for using the system”  Step14: Display “press 1 to back to main menu, press 2 close system”   If user press 1  Step15: System will go back to main menu.   If user press 2  Step16: System will automatically off 
