Presentation transcript:

So what is “Safer Internet Day”? Safer Internet Day is on 9 th February. The internet is a huge place. It can be brilliant when we want to research or play games. There are many things that we could not do without it. But do your children know how to stay safe?

Safer internet day will be a whole day off timetable meaning that we will be able to do a range of fun e-Safety themed activities! What activities will we be doing? For EYFS they could act out different situations and verbally explain what it is they are acting. In KS1, the children could do something similar to EYFS but instead, write down a script to show their dialogue skills. KS2 could do something towards their current Computing topic, the internet, and learn about the dangers of social media.
