6 Academic Baseball ​ -During Week Four we will play Academic Baseball ​ -You will be divided into two teams: Team Blue & Team Jay ​ -You will have weeks 1, 2 & 3 to prepare ​ -Each team will need to come up with 20 questions: 5 singles, 5 doubles, 5 triples & 5 home run questions ​ *You will need to write down the question, the answer & the page number -Questions must come from only Keys for Writers Sections 1, 2 & 4 AND The Quick Coach Guide Chapters 2 & 4 ​ -We will play 3 innings ​ -Each inning will have a maximum of 6 at bats ​ -Each person at bat will be allowed 45 seconds to answer after the question has been pitched ​ -Team members can help – and you can reference your book – however only the person at bat can answer ​ -We will follow a forced run system (i.e. if a player is on second and the person at bat successfully ‘hits’ a single, then the player on base will move one base
