Error Received during upgrade
How I corrected it I did a lot of research on this error and it is a known error but it is impossible to locate this file since we do not have a CD/DVD for the install. How did I correct it: Rebooted and did Upgrade of 2008 again and it said successful.
Other In Windows 7 best to do complete uninstall of everything including Virtual Studio 2008 and reinstall everything. If Business Intelligence install fails due to ACLS directory problem in 80/90 then right click on folder choose properties and security and then edit and resort permissions.
