Which OER Bullet do you want? -Executed dry-dock of TACKLE with only 10% growth/5 day delay and completed complex repair of leaking shaft seal on BRIDLE on time; both vessels returned to service quickly to meet operational commanders needs. - Arranged short fused emergency dry-dock for TACKLE & coordinated creative in-the-water repair for BRIDLE that directly facilitated clearing transit routes for uninterrupted movement of biochemical products moving on the Hudson during heaviest domestic icebreaking season on record. 21

Which recommendation would you prefer? LTJG Guns is well suited for positions of more responsibility to include high tempo HQ tour in mission support or project management. CDR Hulltech has my highest recommendation for SFLC Product Line Manager or Base Command. With added seasoning, LCDR Squirrel will certainly be prepared to assume senior leadership positions in intelligence staff assignments. LT Moneybags demonstrated sustained performance levels well above current pay-grade in all aspects; highly recommended for promotion with best of peers. 22
