“ HOW IS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF UNDERWATER FIBRE OPTIC CABLE SYSTEM IS BENEFICIAL TO THE REGIONS AND TIS DEVELOPMENT?WHY WOULD THE SUBMARINE COMMUNICATIONS CABLE SEEM A BETTER OPTION IN OUR PACIFIC REGION COMPARED TO THE SATELLITE COMMUNICATION FOR INTERNET SERVICE

 Tonga Cable Limited was created in late November 2009 with authorization of Government of Tonga to construct a submarine fibre optic cable to attach Tonga to an global network. Firstly, introduction work was in progress long previous to registration of the business. Possibility study was conducted. Secondly, few business cases were urbanized to recognize the best option for Tonga.  Furthermore, examination of all the options, association to Southern Cross in Fiji was chosen as the best option. This particular project was partially financed by World Bank, Asian Development Bank and the set of scales provided by Tonga Communications Corporation.  Finally, the connection between Tonga and Fiji was a part of the local connectivity task which aimed at between all Pacific Islands through submarine fibre optic cables.

 A.) It has improved the environment for doing business, with time to start a business in Solomon Islands reduced from maximum of 40 days to less than two days and also boosted essential health and education services. Provides more job opportunities.  B.) Isolated islands are becoming more familiar and well skilled with the use of the internet.

 C.) Faster and better internet connection has enabled business to work faster and more efficient.  D.) It Provides more job opportunities

 Learning together places inclusive education for all learners with special needs at the center of school reform that includes detracking separate classes for all types of learners from students with severe disabilities to students who are bilingual  Teaching healthy involves designing instruction for diverse learners using active learning approaches such as active learning, project based learning and brain-based  Support focuses on building support and community for students and teachers. It includes the shift of special education, bilingual, Title 1, and gifted personnel to engage in collaborative teaching with regular education teachers. Focus intentional efforts on building community among students, teachers, and administration in the neighbourhood  Adapting involves developing accommodations for students with special needs using a range of strategies  Partnering focuses on attractive in genuine teamwork & partnerships with families and the community in order to strengthen both the school and community

 To improve quality and efficiency in Further Education and skills training, the government should:   Introduce a new funding system based on student loans: it’s for people aged 24+, studying at levels 3 and 4, or for advanced and higher apprenticeships  freeing colleges from central government control.  make Further Education teacher training more professional  providing better careers advice  introducing a new traineeship programmers to support young people to develop skills for employment, including apprenticeships  introducing the Technical Baccalaureate, a new measure that will allow young people aspiring to a vocational career a high-quality alternative to the A level route  reforming 16 to19 vocational qualifications

After revising through this article, it can be concluded that constructing underwater fibre optic cable system will brighten the rural area,urban area and most schools around the pacific region Finally, this activity developed by better internet connection which has enabled business to work faster and more efficient.
