Committee Chair Role  Create a constructive & effective environment for all partners to develop & implement each milestone & sub-step  Hold committee meetings with members focused to the development of the function in order to meet sub-steps & milestones outlined in the Implementation Plans within the assigned start & end dates  Identify best practices to encompass the uniqueness of the PPS & partners  Engage subject matter experts as needed focused to the need of the function  Partner with the PMO to document the process & expectations of partners  Identify risks or issues pertaining to the implementation of each function  Communicate with DSRIP Executive Leaders regarding budget needs  Provide monthly updates to the DSRIP team to ensure progress & risk identification Presentation Title4

PMO Support Role  Partner with Chairs to ensure overall success of DSRIP projects & functions  Provide a communication channel across projects or organizational functions  DSRIP Subject Matter Experts  Attend committee meetings (as available)  Monitor progress utilizing the work plan / Performance Logic tool  Progress updates into Performance Logic (PMO tracking tool)  Dashboard development & creation from Performance Logic (project status)  Coordinate or provide data relevant to the project or function need  Update website with project / function progress (as defined by Chair) Presentation Title5
