The US Section has developed 3 items that may be of use to other sections. 1. Promotional Rack Cards 2. International History pdf 3. Impact Movie

Promotional “Rack” Cards These are referred to as “Rack” cards because they are designed to sit in a rack on a counter top. They are usually 9” x 4.5” and are made of hard stock. They are inexpensive, fit in a business envelope and the QR sends them to the web site. A sample is in the gift envelope from the US Section

Promotional “Rack” Cards The front has the web site url and a QR Code which links to the web. The back has a brief overview of the IPA.

We have them printer ready in all four IPA Languages

International History pdf We created a US IPA History for our 50 th anniversary and decided to expand that into a IPA International history. The finished product is 100 pages long and available in a pdf file.

International History pdf The History book contains information on the founding of the IPA.

International History pdf It contains a list of all the PEB members over the years.

International History pdf It contains a list of all the WC and IEC conference locations over the years.

International History pdf It contains a page of each sections in order of recognition with flag, map and locator map. As new sections come into the IPA we will update the book after every IEC.

IPA Promotional Movie This movie is not an informational movie as those in the video contest. It is called an “impact movie” and it is a short, to the point movie designed to generate interest so potential members visit the web site. The movie normally cost $15,800 to have made and by acting quickly we were able to save $6,000 and it cost us about $9,800.

IPA Promotional Movie For a translation fee, the movie text and voice over can be translated into any language and the contact info on the last scene can be personalized for your section. The US would appreciate any financial assistance in this movie as we believe it can benefit all sections. For non English speaking, this movie may be hard to follow as it goes fast.
