Vision A self sustaining and expanding partnership where Army spouses and Corporate America benefit from their involvement. The Army spouse will be afforded the opportunity to better meet financial security, career mobility and employment goals. Corporate partners tap into a readily available, diverse and talented pool of candidates. The Army further promotes the personal, professional and financial well-being of the Soldier and family thereby improving retention and readiness.
