  Analyse the Learner Journey in relation to negotiation  Identify initial assessment methods and criteria for assessment  List methods of negotiation  State how goals and targets are negotiated Objectives

The Learner Journey Final review records achievement of targets and long term goals Initial enquiries, enrolment, Interview, initial assessment Exam entries, final portfolio etc Setting goals and targets Teaching and learning activities are planned to meet learner needs and their qualification. Regular progress reviews allow the learner and tutor to review progress and achievement Goals and targets are reset as a result of the Progress Review and any changing priorities Learners receive information about progression opportunities for study and work
