MRB file MRB delivery, assemblies If a PO covers two or more projects, the MRB shall be compiled pr. project When equipment is delivered to another assembly site/supplier and not FKS, supplier is requested to send electronic WED documentation, as specified in DRL, to the agreed supplier for final compilation. All documentation shall be in English.

MRB file MRB Index MRB Index is based on the relevant PO/DRL (Document Requirement List) and MRB Index Template MRB Supplier shall use the pages as is to build the Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) in the pdf- format with bookmarks. As tool Acrobat Standard (full version) is required. Supplier shall not resend approved MRB-indexes for similar parts. Cross reference to the approved index shall be specified in the SMDR and on the front page of the MRB Dossier. Supplier shall remove N/A for applicable parts, both in the index pages and bookmarks.

MRB file MRB compilation Drag files (documents scanned or converted to.pdf format) from Explorer to MRB, alternatively use command Document/ Insert. Drag pages from a pdf to the MRB.

MRB file Bookmarking Locate the inserted files first page in the right window, in Bookmark right click on section and and choose Set Destination.

MRB file Bookmark adding (series) For a larger amount of bookmarks, for example an item no. listing, arrange these in Word (or Word via Excel). Mark the text, select style Heading and use command Adobe PDF/ Convert to Adobe PDF. Insert the result (file) into the existing MRB and locate the bookmarks. Word:
