10 Using Themes Click on Format them choose Themes. Pick a Theme.
You will see the theme appear on your letter.

11 Inserting Date Click Insert Date and Time Choose a format Click OK

12 Printed Watermark To insert a watermark click Format/ Background then select Printed Watermark. Choose an appropriate picture then click OK the water mark should appear in the background of the document. I reduced the scale so that it did not alter the letter bar blend. Washout Watermark
