To provide for alcohol-free commercial uses that serve as a transition between commercial districts and one- and two-family residential areas. PURPOSE OF “ER” ZONING Proposed Changes to “ER” NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL RESTRICTED ZONING

APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS FOR “ER” ZONING Areas designated as Neighborhood Commercial in the Comprehensive Plan future land use maps. Commercial districts that abut single-family residential neighborhoods, outside of urban villages and mixed-use growth centers.
