FTR Portal How to fix Internet Explorer display

FTR Portal supports only Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9 The bidding window and Nomination window screens might not display appropriately in some situations The following slides present how you can fix the display FTR Portal display

Step 1: Close all browsers, start a new browser session and log into the MISO Portal Step 2: Navigate to FTR > Private FTR > FTR Bids for bidding and FTR > Private FTR > Nomination for nomination Steps to fix display 3

Steps to fix display (Cont’d) 4 Step 3: Press F12 function key to access the “Developer Tools” while keeping your focus on the opened window. A new pane should appear similar to the screenshot below:

Step 4:Select ‘9’ in the Document mode field Steps to fix display (Cont’d) 5 These steps will allow you to run Internet Explorer 10 or 11 in the compatible Internet Explorer 9 document mode. Users will need to repeat this process per session for each FTR module launched from the Market Portal site.
