Computer Settings in a Minute Log on to www.mstcecommerce.comwww.mstcecommerce.com Click on IE Settings located at the bottom of the page Click on Download IE Settings Save the Settings and run the Batch file Press any key to continue Close the browser and re-open it for the changes to take effect If the above setting does not work, you may make the manual setting as explained in the following slides

3.  Open Internet Explorer – go to “Tools” → click → Internet options → click → click Security → click on Custom Level  In the Security settings enable all the points which deal with ‘Active X’ → click on O.K.  A message will appear stating that “you are changing security settings in this area” → Accept the same → click on ‘O.K.’  Log out & close the browser for the changes to take effect → create a fresh log in & bid. STEPS FOR ENABLE ACTIVE X CONTROL for Internet Explorer (IE) E 6.0 to IE 9.0 version

Step 2 : Internet Explorer – go to “Tools” → click → Internet options → click → click Security → click on Custom Level → Disable → Use Pop-up Blocker Step 3 : Internet Explorer – go to “Tools” → click → Internet options → click → click Security → Off → Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer) Step 4 : Internet Explorer – go to “Tools” → click → Compatibility View -> Add www.mstcecommerce.com Step 5: Internet Explorer – go to “Tools” → click → Internet options → click → click Security → click → Trusted sites → Add → http://mstcecommerce.com → click → Add

Procedure for BIDDING in the e-Tender cum e-Auction  Use only INTERNET EXPLORER and not any browsers  Logon to www.mstcecommerce.comwww.mstcecommerce.com  Click on e-Auction  Click on e-Auction for Govt. of A.P & Telangana  Enter your user id and password and login by choosing buyer option  Click on “Click for Auctions”  Click on “View live Auctions”  Click on the Respective Auction  Select e-Tender or e-Auction

13. e-Tender  Bid can be submitted only once for each sand reach  Type your bid in Indian Rupees and click on “BID”  Price should be submitted per cubic metre  The submitted bid can be viewed under “Your bid”  Bids once submitted cannot be changed  Click on the Respective  No extension time will be available. e-Tender will close at the specified time

15. e-Auction  Bid can be submitted any number of times in the e-Auction  Type your bid in Indian Rupees and click on “BID”  Autobid facility can be used only once per sand reach  Last 10 bids received for a sand reach can be viewed under “Bid history”  You can check whether you are H1 bidder or not under “H1 Check” option  e-Auction close time will get extended automatically by 8 minutes if a bid is received in the last 8 minutes. Such extensions will continue there is idle 8 minutes without bidding.  often refresh the page to get current H1 bid  Result- H1 bidder of e-Tender and e-Auction will be declared as overall H1 bidder
