FTR Portal supports only Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9
The bidding window and Nomination window screens might not display appropriately in some situations
The following slides present how you can fix the display

3. Steps to fix display
Step 1: Close all browsers, start a new browser session and log into the MISO Portal
Step 2: Navigate to FTR > Private FTR > FTR Bids for bidding and FTR > Private FTR > Nomination for nomination

Step 3: Press F12 function key to access the “Developer Tools” while keeping your focus on the opened window. A new pane should appear similar to the screenshot below:

Step 4:Select ‘9’ in the Document mode field
These steps will allow you to run Internet Explorer 10 or 11 in the compatible Internet Explorer 9 document mode. Users will need to repeat this process per session for each FTR module launched from the Market Portal site.

6. Still Having Difficulty?
All features for this documentation were tested using IE11 version IE10 and even different patch levels of IE11 may perform differently than outlined in this presentation.
