Proposal was approved in June Agreements among members in order to implement a pilot for the “Red Federada de Repositorios Latinoamericanos” Metadata collection processes for all the portals from participant institutions. Background ETD 2015 India 2012 “Buenos Aires Declaration”, signed in Argentina; this agreement allows for the sustainability and management of this Net (Nov 29, 2012). Member countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela Focusing on operating the information searching service (Nov 2013). Activities centered on technical aspects as well as connecting regional nodes.
