14 C C CLARA Basic Agreements Open to all LA Countries A backbone connecting all advanced LA Networks will be established Cost to connect to the backbone will be the same for every country at equal bandwidth This backbone will serve as a basis for connection to all Advanced Networks, in particular: Internet2 and GEANT

15 C C CLARA Funding Issues CLARA will serve as counterpart to @LIS Interconnection Initiative 10 Million Euros from @LIS Interconnection Initiative 2.5 Million Euros for @LIS Cost Sharing to be provided by LA Countries over 3 year period Additional funding to be provided for @LIS non-eligible countries
