How COOLflow 4E works Directed air Removes hot airfrom cabin. Inline Damper Hot air in cabin is recycled back through the plenum produces cooler air Maintenance free filter with fan Cools cabin with air from inside the cabin. Vent Due to pressure change in cabin the air is no longer vented. Free Air System Packaged System Maintenance free filter with fan Cools cabin with air from outside. Existing cooler In hot climates existing Active Cooling integrated with Free Air box.

Simple upgrade process Step 1 The existing COOLflow 4E 3.0 unit is removed from it’s mountings on the side of the shelter. COOLflow 4E 3.0 is easily upgradeable on site Step 2 The fan module is then detached from the filter module. Step 3 The evaporator module is fitted between the filter module and the fan module. Step 4 An additional hole is made in the cabin for re-circulated air and the upgraded unit is then reattached to the cabin at it’s original location.
