Automatic Audio Quality Monitoring  Participant App can detect poor audio quality when using voice-over-the-computer: Due to poor “Last Mile” network connection or overloaded CPU Automatically advises user to switch to phone instead May help to improve the audio experience for remote users  e.g., users working from home, hotel rooms via WiFi, etc.  Often these users have sub-par network connections which degrades Interwise audio over the computer  If audio degrades below a certain (configurable) threshold, client will prompt user to dial-in by phone instead
