 You owe competency to your workers.  You owe competency to your patrons.  You owe competency to your donors.  You owe competency to your stakeholders.  You owe competency to your community. IS IT FAIR?

 Introduce online processes to employee’s regular work week.  Train from a very basic level.  Include instructional step-by-step handouts.  Ensure the security of all staff passwords.  Introduce tools & devices one at a time.
