Pre Season Tasks Each coach or manager has to perform the following tasks before the season starts Activate their My Team account Choose the team’s playing colors Enter their player roster Enter their shirt #’s Ask your assistant coach or team manager to also activate the My Team account

Activating your Team Account…1 Click on the My Team button Click on the Activate link You will be asked to enter an activation code. Code: 2016league Click submit to continue

Activating your Team Account…2 Next you will be asked for your details. Please ensure that you select the correct team, other teams have similar names Finally you will be asked for your password. This is what you will use to log into the site in the future Click next to continue

Activating your Team Account….3 Next you are asked to select your uniform Click on next Note that only the 1st person to activate your team account will see this step.

Activation completed When you have finished the activation process you will see this screen. Note that you will see some more tools.

As a team manager you will be responsible for adding your players to the E2E system We suggest you start this process immediately to avoid any issues Adding Players to Roster

Entering your roster You will need to enter your team roster into the database. To do this click on Add to Squad You will be restricted to 18 players for WDSL teams Click on Submit button to save the changes

Modifying your roster Use the Modify Squad tool to change any of the details of your squad

Shirt #’s Use the Shirt #’s tool to enter the players shirt #. This will save you time when you create game sheets

Game Day Tasks You will be required to perform two tasks on the day of a game Create a game sheet for each game Submit an on-line game report after the game (within 48 hours) As soon as both teams have submitted a game report the standings will be updated and the result is posted on the web site

Creating a Game Sheet…1 To create a game sheet click on the games button and select the Game Sheet tool. Note that you will only see this when you are logged in as a coach Select the game that you require from the drop down box. Click next

Creating a Game Sheet…2 You are now asked to select your roster for that game Click next

Creating a Game Sheet…3 You are now given instructions on how to create your game sheet Click on the link to open a new window with the game sheet

Creating a Game Sheet…4 This will create a game sheet for you. Print 3 copies of the game sheet Bring all 3 copies to the game

Submitting a game report..1 To submit a game report click on Games button and select Game Report Follow instructions to completion Note that the game report will appear after each game You have 48 hours to complete the game report Note you will receive an reminder every day but you have 48 hours to complete the report

Submitting a game report…2 If you are the first team to submit a game report you will be asked to enter the game result If you are the second team to submit a game report you will be asked to agree with the game score submitted by your opponents Also enter the number of yellow and red cards your team had and the names of any call ups

Submitting a game report…3 Then use the drop down boxes to enter the names of the goal scorers, the players who received a card and the name of the goal keeper if there was a shut out

Confirm you have entered your game details correctly. When both teams have submitted a game report the standings are updated and the result is posted on the web site Submitting a game report…4

8.6 In the case of both teams wearing similar colors, the home team must change and the visiting team must wear their registered declared colors. Failure to comply will result in a default charged against the home team. Failure of away team to wear their registered declared colors will result in a default charged against the away team. 9.7 Only persons listed on the Team Sheet are permitted to sit on the bench or in the designated bench area Clubs will be held responsible if a game is abandoned because of the actions of its players, officials, parents or spectators and will be subject to disciplinary hearing, and will be fined as per OSA discipline policies. 9.4 Mandatory player/ coach book checks MUST take place at least 15 minutes prior to the start of every game (players/ coaches who show up after book check must complete this procedure at half-time), all players and team officials must have their ID Book, Trial Permit and/or Temporary Registration Permit available for presentation to the opposing team official. Anyone who is unable to produce his/her registration book or Trial Permit or Temporary Registration Permit prior to any game will NOT be allowed to play/coach. League Rules Highlights

11.1 In the event of a team deliberately defaulting a game (i.e. not showing up or showing with only a few players) that game shall be awarded to their opponent with a score of 2-0. The defaulting team’s club will also be liable to discipline from the league in the form of a $200 fine. The defaulting team shall pay the whole of the game officials’ fees, 100% field fees and any other expenses reasonably incurred. If the game was defaulted due to extenuating circumstances, the TSA League Management Committee may, but it is not required, order the game to be re-scheduled In the event of a team defaulting (2) two games during a given season, the defaulting team will be subject to discipline, which may include expulsion from the League Teams withdrawing or expelled from the League after March 31st will forfeit the entire League fee, bond fee, field fee, and the club will be fined $1,000.
