Updates Grade Reporting>Reports>Grade Reporting Reports>Grades>SGR2001-AB Honor Roll Added CSV icon allowing user to export the report to CVS format. Only displayed if report includes one or more students.

Updates Graduation Plan>Maintenance>Student>Individual Maintenance Replaced 4 Year View button with PGP button. Displays same as SGP1000

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Standardized comment buttons throughout the Student system; Size of dialog boxes are consistent. Comments are only saved if you click OK and then Save In Grade Reporting and Registration, Comment button is not displayed until student is retrieved. Paperclip or red exclamation mark icon appears on the Comments button if comments exist for the student.

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Attendance>Reports>Attendance Reports>Rosters>SAT1365-Class Attendance Roster Added a date line next to teacher signature line.

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Discipline>Utilities>Assign Incident Numbers Removed the obsolete utility from the menu and program. Also removed Utilities from the Discipline main menu as this application has no other utilities.

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Maintenance>Student Enrollment (Historical Directory) Changed School Yr field in search results to a hyperlink for last year the student was enrolled. Years prior to last enrollment are not hyperlinks and are displayed as indented Pop-up message will be displayed if the last year a student was enrolled was a previous year.

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Maintenance>Student Enrollment (Historical Directory) If the student’s last year is the current year, when you click the school year link a pop-up message will display indicating that the student is currently enrolled and to select another student.

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Maintenance>Student Enrollment>SpecEd Modified the program to automatically set the Child Count Funding Code field to 3 when a student is enrolled in special education through the Registration application. =

Updates Modifications & Maintenance Registration>Reports>Registration Reports>Withdrawal>SGR0900-Withdrawal Transfer Form Added EOC assessment data for high school students, and STAAR 3-8 data for elementary and middle school students, to page 2 of the report.

Updates Other notable fixes: Corrected the erroneous message warning of unsaved data that users would see in Attendance, Discipline, Grade Reporting, Graduation Plan, Registration, Scheduling, Special Education, Test Scores. Applies to (Reports and Utilities) Corrected the program to prevent an erroneous message from being displayed if you click the Course tab more than once in Maintenance>Master Schedule>District>Courses

Updates Graduation Plan>Maintenance>Student>Individual Maintenance>Grade Level Course Detail Fixed known issue- When trying to modify courses on an individuals Graduation Plan there are no courses showing up on the right side to select from. Only effects students with data on the Prior Year Transfer Tab in Grade Reporting.

Updates Color scheme has changed Browser settings link added

Updates Settings>Administer Assignments Added the Do Not Drop field. Allows user to override the default-drop for individual assignments, even if it is the student’s lowest grade and you have specified to drop one or more of the lowest grades in a particular category. Gradebook tx

Updates Grades>Cycle Grades Corrected the program to display a student’s grades for the previous semester if he was withdrawn from a course with no grades and enrolled in a different section of the same course for semesters 1 and 2. Gradebook tx

By creating a public template, other users can search for and run your report without having to create their own. As of now, Public Reports are only available in Registration, Discipline and Grade Reporting.
