Agenda Creation of institutional framework at state/district level for regular monitoring of implementation of mfms and mobile application. Updation of dealer information Training of Retailers on mobile application Installation of mobile application on retailers mobile Updation /entry of training schedule and training details on the web site Monitoring the progress of acknowledgement through mobile. Troubleshooting by Trainers/District level Teams. Demo of POS application to capture sale of fertilizer to buyer.

Institutional framework at State/district level State level teams comprising of State Agricultural Officer, LFS and one dedicated person with IT background District level team comprising of District Agricultural Officer, Company Representative at District level. Monitoring Mechanism – Through Dash Board of LFS,State Govt,District Govt. – Regular follow up – Regular capacity building

Updation of dealer information LFS can download the information of Dealers of their State from the link Correct the information and upload the corrected excel file through the link “Update Dealer’s Information” from LFS logins Validate/ Approve the dealer information using LFS login. Once validated/ approved the information is frozen and can not be changed again.

Ack. of receipt of fertilizer by Retailer Retailers are located in villages where there is no internet connectivity. 99% of acknowledgement is happening through web Companies have taken the password of retailer and are doing acknowledgement

Training of Retailers & installation of mobile application District level training schedule may be prepared to train all the retailers. One day training to a batch of 50 retailers along with installation of software may be done. Training schedule may be uploaded on mfms.nic.in through the link Training >> Upload District Wise Training Schedule Training schedule may contain the name of the same trainer who is actually imparting training. The training agenda may be so set that by 3 pm, the application may be installed on mobiles of all retailers. The trainer may call or raise query on helpdesk or write on for possible problems encountered during training.

Download mobile application Mobile Application can be downloaded through : Clicking on link sent in SMS Copying application from one mobile to other using bluetooth. Copying application from desktop/laptop to mobile using using cable. Download from website Planning for adding the application in Google play store.

Prerequisite for mobile application The dealer should be registered with mFMS with valid 6 digit dealer code and 4 digit PIN. Registration of dealer The registration process is performed through web application. Once approved by the concerned LFS, 6 digit dealer id is generated and communicated to the dealer through an SMS along with the PIN (4 digits).

APPLICATION INSTALLATION JAVA enabled phones: The downloaded application has files with extension.jar &.jad. Both the files are to be copied into the compatible handset. When the.jar file is clicked, it guides to install the application in phone/external memory card or the application opens. After successful installation, the application can be located in the Games folder. (Depending on where to be installed). Android OS phones: The downloaded application has file with.apk extension. Download the file and click the.apk file to install in phone/external memory card. After the successful installation, the application can be located in Applications.

Enter Acknowledgement Dealer can acknowledge receipt of sale using this module. The dealer receives a data message in the mobile as shown in ‘Data Message’ below. Click OK in the Data Message to acknowledge the receipt. Select the transaction id (16 digits). Press ‘Continue’ to see next product details. Dealer can change the ‘quantity’ in case of Partial receipt. Press ‘Finish’ to enter PIN and acknowledge transaction. Dealer will receive a notification SMS after successful sale transaction. Enter sale to wholesaler/retailer The wholesaler enters his sale details to wholesaler/retailer. Press ‘Continue” to enter product details, press ‘Finish’ to enter PIN to confirm sale transaction. The wholesaler will receive a notification SMS. Sales Transaction: Screen1 Sales Transaction: Screen2 Enter PIN

Update Stock The dealer can update the stock through this module. Click on Continue button to update more than 1 product. On successful submission of the stock update, the dealer receives a notification SMS. Stock Transaction: Screen1Stock Transaction: Screen2Enter PIN

Manual Acknowledgement In case the transaction is not displayed in ‘Enter Ack Details”, the dealer can acknowledge the receipt by entering 16 digit transaction ID. On submission, the dealer receives a notification SMS. This option acknowledges the full invoice under the transaction ID. Manual Receipt AckEnter PIN
