Driving Innovation The Challenge The sustainable intensification of primary agriculture and improvements in the efficiency of the post farm gate processing represent significant challenges for the agri- food sector. The development and application of engineering solutions and precision agriculture technologies has an integral part to play in this process.

Driving Innovation Collaborative R&D Grant? The share of the grant can be determined by agreement between the partners subject to the following criteria:- The project must be business led At least 70% of project costs must be incurred by Business, So.. No greater than 30% of total project costs can be incurred by Academic partners Projects typically over 3 years and Total project costs typically £0.5m- £1.5m

Solving Business Problems with Environmental Data A feasibility study competition to create new value propositions that provide specific commercial benefits, increase resilience and address business risks by integrating environmental data with other sources.
