Nutrition Knowledge –83.5% learned why it is important for to eat a healthy diet. –83.6% learned how to make healthy food choices Nutrition Choices/Behaviors –74.4% eat more fruits and vegetables. –76.6% drink more water. Physical Activity Attitudes –82% reported “being active is good for me.” –81.4% reported “physical activity will help me stay fit.” Common Measures Shows Impact!
