Leadership

Purpose  This session will focus on leadership development, and will help students identify the leadership traits that they exhibit.

Leadership What does leadership mean to you?

Leadership  Think about someone in our life who you consider to be an exemplary leader. What are some traits that they exemplify?

Leadership  What makes someone a leader?

Leadership  What qualities or traits do you think all leaders should possess?

Leadership Assessment  Directions: Rank each horizontal row of words as either a “ 4, 3, 2, or 1 ” with 4 being the word/phrase that best describes you and 1 being the least like you.  Put the totals from each column in the blanks provided. If they don ’ t add up to “ 210 ” you should go back and recount.
