Goals and Initiatives Goal Area: Organization Do everything we can to make WSSEA a well-oiled machine. Update By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation Determine Legal & Insurance Requirements Develop a more efficient Administrative Office Write a Policies & Procedures Manual Write a Business Continuity Plan Work to develop Directors for Board positions

Goals and Initiatives Goal Area: Organization Communicate with every member on a regular schedule Encourage Networking Use Technology to contact members regularly
