Why should I learn about Careers?  It is important for you to know about the many types of jobs people in your community have.  It is important to know that people have different roles within one workplace.  You can learn about your own interests! Next

 Principal – A principal is the person with the highest authority in school. They are in charge of being a leader and making school a safe, educational environment. Next  Teacher – A teacher is in charge of his or her classroom. A teacher is responsible for teaching reading, math, writing, science, history, and more.

 Assistant Principal – This person helps run the school with the principal. He or she helps run the school program. Next  School Social Worker – This person works with students, families, and teachers to solve problem relating to the student’s school work, behavior, and health.

 Have you ever been sick?  Have you wondered about how there are great community helpers working in hospitals in your own community?  It’s important to recognize the different people who help function hospitals and take care of those people who are sick. Next
