Goals: Communication & Collaboration Collaborative Networking Events. EAB initiative for outreach. IEEE WIE Magazine. WIE Newsletter.

Initiatives Build corporate relations. –Collaborate with Agilent Technologies and SWE to create a “Life Balance” symposium that would disseminate the best practices for companies to help them retain their female workforce. IEEE.TV to promote engineering to youth. Conducting open WIE Forums. Open to all area corporations, universities and IEEE members. Participating in outreach events.
