High Quality: 30 out of top 35 journals and magazines in world. l Sponsors the development of a large number of standards, including the 802 Series. l Conferences: financially sponsors more than 400 events a year. In addition, technically co-sponsors over 250 conferences/workshops

Make IEEE’s presence in emerging opportunities publicly visible, providing a single focal point for access to technical information in a given area. 3. Develop a technology roadmap for IEEE Technical Activities l Effort to organize IEEE-TA products by Sectors that better represent areas of broad interest and appeal to society. 4. Increase the perceived value of society membership to young professionals. 5. Identify and develop products and services that result in long term IEEE and S/C membership renewal.
