B) Put the verbs in brackets into the correct tense. 1. A: I'd like a cup of coffee. B: Well, if you hold the baby for five minutes, I will make it for you.   2. A: I must go to the bank. If Jim hadn’t lent me the money, I wouldn’t have been able to buy that car.

4 Michelle wasn't injured in the accident because she was wearing a seat belt. If she hadn’t been using a seat belt , she would have been injured. 5 You didn't have any breakfast - that's why you're hungry now. If you had had some breakfast you wouldn’t have been hungry now.
