Erasmus Mundus Students and Alumni Association Mission To serve the interests of Erasmus Mundus alumni and students, notably by creating a forum for networking, communication and cooperation between alumni and students To promote Erasmus Mundus as a European programme of excellence in international higher education and to promote European Higher Education in general

Erasmus Mundus Students and Alumni Association EMA history and goals Founded June 2006 by an initiative EC DG –Young and eager Approximately 3000 Mundus members Target group: 5500 students and alumni Aim: link students and alumni in all Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses Interaction amongst EMA members –Annual General Assembly Brussels –Interaction through various media platforms –Related conferences and events, linking members and promoting EHE Promote the EM label as a sign of excellence and quality of EHE in general –Evidence of cooperation in European education
