Organizing dissemination event in Labor Exchange Office in Klaipėda (for unemployed people).

Klaipėda meeting evaluation results (1) UNCLEAR THINGS AFTER MEETING: What should do each partner organization on local basis? How with the help of project we can integrate unemployed people into labor market? Itineraries’ maps, its design. Final product of the project. The dissemination of final product of project. The role of learners in the project. Situation withBulgarian partner.

Klaipėda meeting evaluation results (2) WHAT DID PARTNERS MISS DURING MEETING IN KLAIPĖDA: More information about hosting organization; More information about places partners visited in Lithuania. Will all the places be in the Lithuanian Itinerary? What was the background idea why we visited exactly these ones? Deeper discussions, so that every partner knows what to do, what to send, how to work on. It is suggested after each meeting to prepare something like to-do-list.

Klaipėda meeting evaluation results (3) THE STRONGEST ELEMENTS OF THE MEETING: Honesty and clear communication between partners; Visits to best pactice places; Commitment of all partners to the project – all partners did their tasks; Steering committee meeting.

Evaluation of project interim report by LT NA (Questions) What measures are taken by partnership to encourage entrepreneurship? What activities help to involve unemployed people into labor market? Does partnership provide them any seminars, workshops? How practical material helps to encourage entrepreneurship and integrate socially disadvantaged people into labot market?

Evaluation of project interim report by LT NA (Recommendations) Actively to organize workshops, seminars for learners (socially disadvantaged people) with the aim to improve their key kompetences; to evaluate the progress of their learning; To evaluate key competences of adult teachers and learners in the beginning/middle/end of project, to analyse the changes; By creating final product to pay attention to its European added value, i.e. to use it not only in own organization, but also in other organizations; To evaluate the final product of project by teachers, learners and stakeholders; To give suggestions for governmental institutions, how to integrate unemployed people into labor market, to decrease unemployment rate in the context of Life Long Learning programme.

Thank you for attention!
