CC Science and Impacts World Climate Programme World Climate Impacts and Response Strategies Programme (WCIRP) Support to the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) Impact analysis guidance

Vulnerability & Adaptation The TAR identified gaps in existing understanding of the nature of vulnerability and opportunities for adaptation. Plus a need for improved scientific and technical capacity to conduct the integrated, multi-disciplinary regional investigations necessary to fill these gaps, esp. in developing countries.
