3 3 What is FleetMode Manager? FleetMode’s custom management portal was designed in partnership with U-verse. FleetMode Manager can be accessed from any mobile device or computer via web browser. Log into FleetMode Manager with the link and credentials provided by Eugene. #ItCanWait

4 4 Dashboard Tab FleetMode Manager’s Dashboard allows managers to view all: -Driver alerts -New installs -Safety pledges accepted -Driver locations By date, allowing managers to view the most important information at-glance, 24/7, from any device.

5 5 Team The Team tab contains information on all drivers, including: -Installs -Alerts -Accident Reports -Driver Location The Team tab is where you add all your drivers, as well as edit any existing team member information and add/delete team members.

6 6 Settings The Settings tab allows you to decide what driving events will generate text notifications to managers such as: -Disabled FleetMode Driver -Disabled FleetMode Driver Mode -Call or text 911 -Disable GPS -Disable Bluetooth -Text while driving -Phone call while driving -Phone accessed while driving -Etc. Safety Policy information can also be updated here, as well as Emergency Call and auto- reply settings.

7 7 Reports -Go to the Reports section of the Dashboard. -Reports can be searched for a by a specific: -Event -Date -User -Event type Reports are filtered by the items in the left column of the report screen.

8 8 Fleet Messaging -Fleet Messages are for sending messages to your team or specific team members. -Orange icons are vehicles which are driving. Blue icons are stationary vehicles. The color of the dot to the right of the team member's name correlates with the vehicle. -Fleet Messages are only sent when the driver’s vehicle is not in motion, and it is safe to read and respond to the message if necessary. Do not send messages requiring an immediate response.

9 9 Fleet Messaging -To send a message to a larger group of individuals, create a fence around the area of the team members you’d like to contact. Follow these steps to create your “fence” and send a mass message: -Pick a point on the map to establish a starting point. -Pick another point on the map to begin the fence. -Pick another point on the map to continue the fence. -Pick additional points to continue the fence. -Pick the original starting point to "close" the fence. -If someone within the fence needs to be deselected, simply click on the individual under the team member column. -Select the "Clear Map" button to deselect everyone.

10 10 Log Out At the top right of every screen within the FleetMode portal is a "logout" option. 10

11 11 Recover your Password To change or recover a forgotten password: -Go to your login screen and select the “Forgot password” link. -Follow the instructions provided in the email sent to the address associated with the account. 11

12 12 Start an Accident Investigation for a Team Member -Go to the Team section of the dashboard. -Select the individual in the left column and then select the Triangle icon "Accident Report" from the top right. -The default period will be the current date, however a historical date can be selected. -The map will reflect the location history of where the team member was during the selected period. -The specific time (range of time) can be adjusted to get a more defined snapshot of the locations during the date selected. -Select the "boxed" time and slide it to the left or right to limit the period of time being displayed. -The events related to the date selected will be listed. -The report can be e-mailed by selecting the "Mail Icon" from the top right corner of the page (pending functionality). 12

13 13 Technical Support The FleetMode Server environment is proactively monitored. Email notifications regarding server issues will be sent directly to the FleetMode technical team.
