2  Yoga is an ancient science which helps to create health and well-being by building awareness, strength, and flexibility in both mind and body.  It can be for anyone regardless of athletic ability  People who practice yoga receive stress and pain relief, improved circulation and digestion, better body alignment, increased concentration, deeper, more relaxed breathing, and a sense of well-being and inner peace

3  YOGA IS FOR EVERYONEEEEE!!!  Especially children!!  Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment.  Even at a young age, children often feel pressure at school academically and socially, plus the added pressure of competitive organized sports  Yoga is a great way to harness a child’s inner strength and self acceptance.

4  YOGA CAN BE DONE ANYWHERE!!!  ALL YOU NEED IS A MAT AND SOME PERSONAL SPACE!!  There are thousands of yoga poses for people to choose from  Kids can often think of their own poses and even name them!!  Here are some poses for kids to try…
