When the N has passed the soil surface, subsequent emissions are treated as emissions from plants and soil.

This appendix will also be updated in order to cover a wider geographical area (volunteers needed).

Data are to be compared and incorporated (N excretion defaults; N 2 O emission factors) The chairmen will try to write a final draft in May 2006. The chapter will be circulated and discussed between … (volunteers) and sent to the Task Force secretariat in July/August.
