Cookies are $4/box; Toffee Tastic Gluten free cookies are $5/box Toffee Tastic Still in Pilot and Still picked up via Cookie Cupboard Digital Order Card is back Minimum of 4 boxes for purchase, Minimum of 1 box for Donations No girl delivery Initial orders will be in full cases; No Cookie Returns Gift of Caring (GOC) donations will be sent directly to Operation Shoebox Booth Sales will NOT be using the ebudde sign up feature

10 Incentives – Opting Out
Cadettes can now join Seniors and Ambassadors to opt out of incentives and receive higher proceed amounts! (Girls are still eligible for patches) Troops earn from $ $0.75 per box of cookies sold depending on # of boxes sold per participating girl With Incentive Opt Out, troops earn between $ $0.80 per box of cookies sold, depending on # boxes sold per participating girl If you want to opt out of incentives: Entire troop needs to agree; must be unanimous Troops must notify council of opt out request by February 9th - via at

Each envelope contains one 2016 Cookie Program Information Guide and all of the info/documents for each of the girls in your troop: Cookie Program Family Guide – PERMISSION SLIP ATTACHED Goal Getter Form Order Form Money Envelope Receipt Booklet (one per troop) The 2016 Cookie Program Information Guide has 99.99% of the answers you will need to conduct a successful troop cookie sale! For the 00.01% of questions that may remain – please contact Dana and Nancy at

14 Cookie Manager Prep*! Go into eBudde and ensure Cookie Manager contact information is entered COMMUNICATIONS to Cookie Managers will come via eBudde!!! Don’t miss out on important information! Go into eBudde and enter your Banking Information, including bank name, routing number and account number - no later than February 1st Rules for selling: Each girl must be a registered Girl Scout for 2016 or she cannot participate in the sale – please ask your Troop Leader to remind the family to register her Each girl must have a signed permission form returned to the Troop Cookie Manager or Leader (attached to family guide in your troop packet) *ebudde instructions on last few pages

Booth Sales will be held during April 4 weekends: April 1/2/3 April 8/9/10 April 15/16/17 April 22/23/24 Sign up will be done at the March Leaders’ Meeting and will not be scheduled via eBudde, as stated in the 2016 Cookie Program Information Guide

If you are adding a new Cookie Chair, you can add the information here. If you are changing Cookie Chair, you have to remove the person by selecting the ‘remove’ choice. Then enter back in to add After your addition, choose ‘update’’ on the bottom of the screen

Choose Edit and update the Troop Leader or Cookie Chair Information Then choose Submit at the bottom of the page
