6 ADDRESS/CONTACT DETAILS Verify that your address was entered correctly If there is an alternate mailing address-select “Send mail to a temporary or alternate address Verify your email address Select your preferred phone, if it needs to be changed, correct the # If there is an alternate phone number, enter it

7 DEMOGRAPHICS Select religious preference: You can also select “None” U.S. Armed forces status: Select “None” Are you Hispanic or Latino? Yes or No Select race (Select one or more) American Indian or Alaskan Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, White The questions in this section, while helpful to colleges are entirely optional, and you’re welcome to move on without answering them.
