All of these Paralympic athletes needed courage to get to where they have got and all these athletes are supporting the UK in the London 2012 Paralympic games. The small steps for life promotes eating well by encouraging people to eat a balanced diet and to make sure they eat their 5aday. The small steps for life program gives different recipe ideas for healthy meals. Did you know that raspberries only have 16 calories and no grams of fat in 65g? CHALLENGE Swap your chocolate for a piece of fruit

The small steps for life promotes getting active by encouraging people to take up different sports. The small steps for life programme gives different ideas to be active. When you think of exercise, don’t just think of strenuous workouts or long jog. Think of walking to school with your friends, about playing a sport that you enjoy or about making up a dance routine. you get the picture CHALLENGE Instead of staying in go down the park with your friends for an hour or two Did you know that from my survey 35% of students do exercise twice a week?
