3 WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP SPEECH? Group Speech : (200 points) – 4-6 minutes per person: A small group of speakers will individually present a symposium on different facets of a topic significant to the audience. The goal will be to give the audience a richer understanding of a specific topic about which there is misunderstanding or lack of understanding.

4 SYMPOSIUM & INFORMATION Symposium: Group conversation with each speaker presenting an individual point Single, unified topic with different points Purpose is to inform Implicitly, to convince audience to receive, process, and accept your information
