WHAT AM I DOING? One Essential Question: “Does this make sense?” Why am I doing what I am doing? Why am I making this decision? What is Opportunity Cost? Is this what I originally set out to do? DIRECTION OF YOUR PURPOSE? Evaluate Your Purpose Does your vision/purpose coincide with the school or district vision? How do you help kids? What can you do? FLEXIBILITY OF PURPOSE? We are the solution: Do you Champion Change? Do you have courage to make changes? Do you act on your results? Do you listen and admit the need for change? BUT – At the same time you need to hold to your purpose and not let others change it for you. Control your mind…. Do you get consumed by your job? Are you finding yourself complaining or joining in?
