2 October 2015 LCCU Meeting How to use OneNote OneNote 2013 is a free download for Windows 7 or later. Limitations were removed 3/2014. Office 2007, 2010, 2013 & 365 include OneNote. Versions exist for Mac, iOS, Android, Windows phone.OneNote 2013 is a free download OneNote creates one or more notebooks, containing sections which contain pages of any length. Can sync notebooks to smart phone or tablet.

Searches include text in images and in audio. Can share notebooks. Allows simultaneous updating by collaborators. Can password protect sections. Can go back to previous version of a page.

8 October 2015 LCCU Meeting Windows 10 Adoption Rate Windows 10 first month worldwide usage was 4.9%, well ahead of that recorded by Windows 8 (1%) and also ahead of Windows 7 (4.1%). Daily usage of new Edge browser peaks at 20.1% to date but falls back to 14.1% Worldwide Windows 7 still holds 48.1% of worldwide internet usage share. (39.7% in US and 34.5% in UK).
