1 2015 AAUW CALIFORNIA ELECTION One Member, One Vote

2 Every member has a vote! Since 2012, every member has the opportunity to vote in the AAUW California election.  No branch delegates to carry your vote  No required convention attendance Voting period begins in mid-April Vote online or request a paper ballot One member, one vote

3 Candidate Nominations Candidates who submitted nominations by the December 10th deadline:  Are posted on our website  Were printed in California PERSPECTIVE  Appear in the order they submitted to the Nominating Committee

4 Candidate Nominations Additional nominations will be accepted by the Nominating Committee until the first week of April  Nomination materials must be submitted electronically to the Nominating Committee  Will be posted to the website in the order they are received

5 Voting Process Ballots will be prepared following April 4th On April 18, 2015 an email message or a postcard with her/his personal voting access code will be sent to every AAUW California member Online ballots can be reached through a link in the email or on our website Members may request a paper ballot to mail  Remember to allow enough time to receive your ballot and return it by the deadline.
