Behavior- in and out of the classroom, referrals, good citizen Strength/conditioning/speed/agility- Conditioning begins in Nov - Tryouts Commitment to Team/Program- work habits, leadership, selflessness Athletic Ability- position skill, hitting, throwing, base-running.
