Objectives EESL enables school leaders to: – Increase the entrepreneurial skills of school leaders, in order to manage the school more effectively – learn the relevance to implement Entrepreneurial Education at their schools. 4 Phase 1: Preparation (September 2014 – May 2015 ) The deliverables The logo + A project portal + A web site + WEB2.0 integration (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) Project brochure and flyer (Translated into 4 partner languages) Pens and bags Project Newsletter (Translated into the 4 partner ) A structured database of dissemination and networking contacts - Urgent activities Local dissemination plan: – Identify dissemination and networking contacts + Slovenia

5 Phase 2: Targeted communication (March 2015 – March 2016) Objective Engage enablement parties and test the messaging of the project. The target groups will be engaged for review and marketing purposes: innovation groups school heads associations influential lecturers training and consulting partners Planned activities: March 2015: Presentation to 35 representatives of school heads associations in Montenegro October 2015: Review of Output 3 by 40 representatives of school heads associations in Norway

6 Phase 3: Broad Communication ( October 2015 – September 2016 ) Press releases P2 will write the press releases Each partner will send out to all local contacts Publications: Each partner will write 1 article Published locally + in the ESHA magazine: 17000 subscribers Events: Final event in Koper, Slovenia (June 2016): 100 attendees Seminars by P1,3,4,5 n their home countries: 30 participants – Presence on school heads and teacher fairs Follow up on line event with participants of seminar
