5. Cost The cost of purchasing and operation the system is dived into 20 parts. Each Part is sold as a 6 second spot. Tenants can purchase as many or few spots as available. Spots can be split up for several short messages or grouped for a longer message. Grouped messages increase the spots to 12, 18, 24 etc. seconds.
