Insert Screen Shots Click on the Insert Tab > Screenshot All open windows become screen shots. Click on screen clipping to use the snipping tool inside the application.
Inserting a YouTube Clip Locate a video on YouTube Click on insert within PowerPoint Click on Video Access the embed information on YouTube Select “Use old embed code” You must have internet access to play these videos within your presentation. They are accessed via the web.
Simple Video Editing This will only work for videos inserted from your computer. PowerPoint currently only accepts.avi files and.wmv files. Click on a video you’ve inserted Options appear in the video playback menu/tab. Options will only appear if you click on the video.
