1. NILGIRI CONSERVATION MARATHON 2015

2. The Cause  Organized by the Nilgiri Wildlife and Environmental Association (NWEA) and Just Play, this Marathon is organized to bring an awareness among the people on the conservation of wildlife and the Environment.

3. The Effect  The charity from this event goes directly to the promotion and conservation of more forest cover by:  Afforestation  Conservation of reserve forest  Improving more litter control  Providing better environment for wildlife habitat  Reducing the human animal conflict

4. The Plan  Date – May 20, 2015  Time – 07:30 AM  Venue – MRC Stadium  Distance – 12 kilometers  Route  MRC Stadium-MH-Barracks-War Memorial- Gymkhana-Antony’s-Sims Park-Bedford- YMCA-Coonoor Bus Stand-TDK Road-Supply Depot-Lake Road-Black Bridge-MRC Stadium

5. Agenda  07:30 am – All the participants and dignitaries are expected to arrive at MRC Stadium  07:30 to 08:00 am – Inaugural Speech and opening ceremony by the dignitaries. Instructions will be given to the participants  08:00 am – Start of the marathon 2015  09:30 am – The participants are expected to complete the marathon at MRC Stadium

Title Sponsor – INR 20,000  The event will be held under the sponsor’s name.  The sponsor’s name will be on all the banner, hoardings, flyers which will be kept in Coonoor and Ooty.  The sponsor’s name will be printed on all the t-shirts of the participants and volunteers.  The sponsor will be honored and will be asked to present the awards to the winners.

10. Associate Sponsor – INR 17,000  The event will be co-held under the sponsor’s name.  The sponsor’s name will be on all the banner, hoardings, flyers which will be kept in Coonoor and Ooty.  The sponsor will be honored and will be asked to present the awards to the winners.

11. Advertising Partner – INR 10,000  The sponsor will be responsible for printing the banners, hoardings, flyers, ticket books and bill books.  The sponsor’s name will be on all the banners which will be kept in Coonoor and Ooty.  The sponsor will be honored and will be asked to present the awards to the winners.

12. Refreshment Partner – INR 10,000  The sponsor will be responsible for providing the refreshments for participants, dignitaries and volunteers.  Refreshments include snacks, paper cups and paper plates.  The sponsor’s name will be on all the banners which will be kept in Coonoor and Ooty.  The sponsor will be honored and will be asked to present the awards to the winners.

13. Prize Partner – INR 15,000  The sponsor will be responsible for providing the prize money for the participants.  1 st place-INR 5000, 2 nd place-INR 3000, 3 rd place-INR 2000  The sponsor will also provide the certificates and mementos for the winners.  The sponsor’s name will be on all the banners which will be kept in Coonoor and Ooty.  The sponsor will be honored and will be asked to present the awards to the winners.
